Publish your PhD thesis

Marketing and promotion
Depending on the topic of your dissertation, you can set up
targeted marketing and promotional activities. Write a press
release for your book (sometimes it is done by the University) and
create a media list. Do not forget to put contact information in
the article. Aware your colleagues about the publication of your
thesis. In case you are prompted for an interview, do not hesitate
to ask if the journalist mentions the title of your book with the
ISBN, so that those interested can order the book. For
dissertations it is usually not worthwhile to publish them with
full PR and it is advisable to do the PR yourself. In that case you
order a certain number of books and sell them to those who are
interested.
